📋 Job Description
⌄We are seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Manager / SoC Verification Manager to lead verification activities for complex SoC programs involving high-speed protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in verification methodologies along with proven leadership experience managing verification teams and driving project execution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
⌄- Lead and manage ASIC/SoC verification teams across multiple projects.
- Define and execute verification strategies, plans, and methodologies.
- Drive verification closure including functional coverage, code coverage, assertions, and regressions.
- Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and system teams to ensure complete verification of SoC features.
- Review verification environments, test plans, test cases, and coverage metrics.
- Mentor and guide engineers on verification best practices and technical challenges.
- Track project milestones, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables.
- Interface with customers and stakeholders to provide technical updates and project status.
🛠️ Required Technical Skills
⌄⚡ High-Speed Protocol Experience
⌄Hands-on experience with one or more of the following high-speed protocols and interfaces:

⌄- Proven experience leading verification teams.
- Ability to drive project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing verification engineers.
- Ability to work across Architecture, Design, Firmware, Validation, and System teams.

⌄- Experience with emulation.
- Experience with FPGA prototyping.
- Exposure to formal verification.
- Exposure to low-power verification methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SoC architecture and subsystem integration.
🎓 Education
⌄👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
⌄- 12+ years of ASIC / SoC verification experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring verification teams.
- Strong exposure to high-speed protocols.
- Experience driving verification from planning through closure and signoff.
- Strong communication, leadership, debugging, and stakeholder-management skills.
