🔐 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ISIM/ISVG Consultant – Developer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), development, administration, upgrades, and integrations.

🔑 Primary Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of the Identity & Access Management (IDAM) domain.
• Hands-on experience in ISIM/ISVG implementation, administration, customization, and upgrades.
• Installing, configuring, and customizing ISIM/ISVG/IGA solutions.
• Developing IAM solutions and integrating various connectors.
• User provisioning, de-provisioning, and aggregation.
• Building LCM (Lifecycle Management) events and workflows.
• Strong Java development background.
• Troubleshooting IAM applications, integrations, and production issues.
• Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent solutions.

📊 Governance, Compliance & Production Support

• Develop and support identity governance tools.
• Create audit and compliance reports for SOX, PCI, CPNI, etc.
• Plan and execute product upgrades, including post-upgrade stabilization.
• Implement and deploy code into UAT and Production environments.
• Manage SLAs, incidents, exceptions, and production issues.
• Work within SDLC, testing, release, and change-management processes.
• Source code management and compliance reporting.

🤝 Coordination & Documentation

• Work with technical and business teams to understand requirements.
• Support project leadership and technical coordination activities.
• Create technical documentation, test scripts, and workflow diagrams.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel within India for short-term project requirements, if needed.

• Saviynt
• Oracle Identity
• Microsoft Identity
• IBM ISIM / ISVG

🎯 Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of relevant IAM/IGA experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ISIM/ISVG.
• Strong Java development and IAM integration skills.
• Experience with provisioning, aggregation, LCM events, and workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis capabilities.
• Experience working with UAT and Production environments.
• Good understanding of SDLC and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
