Key Responsibilities
- Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration and enhancement activities.
- Design and develop IAM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Drive complex IdentityIQ development and configuration initiatives.
- Develop and modify workflows, rules and lifecycle processes.
- Perform application onboarding and connector configuration.
- Lead integration activities with enterprise applications and systems.
- Drive performance optimisation and platform improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, customers and technical stakeholders.

Developer Leadership
- Lead technical development activities across SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
- Review technical designs and development deliverables.
- Guide engineers on IdentityIQ development and configuration.
- Drive integration, optimisation and platform enhancement initiatives.
- Work closely with customers and technical stakeholders.
