About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale IT Infrastructure and Managed Services engagements.
The role requires strong expertise in project and program management, infrastructure operations, service governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
- Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
- Lead service transition, takeover and operational improvement.
- Drive infrastructure modernization and automation.
- Manage customer escalations and major incidents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators and third-party vendors.
- Ensure security, compliance and audit requirements are met.
- Lead vulnerability remediation and patch management coordination.
- Mentor technical teams and manage resource planning.
- Prepare governance, SLA and project performance reports.
Required Technical Skills
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and IT service management environments.
Infrastructure
Windows & Linux, Data Centers, VMware, Hyper-V, Storage & Backup, Active Directory and Identity Management.
Network & Security
Routing & Switching, Network Security, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Vulnerability Management and Security Compliance.
Cloud
Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Project Management
PMP / PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Waterfall, Service Transition, Risk and Quality Management.
ITSM Tools
Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, ITSM Platforms and Service Management Tools.
Leadership
Stakeholder Management, Customer Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Escalation Handling.
Candidate Requirements
- 7–15 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 4+ years in Enterprise Managed Services / Infrastructure Project Management.
- Strong IT Infrastructure Operations and Service Delivery experience.
- Excellent customer, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Telecommunication, Cybersecurity, Information Security or equivalent.
- MBA / PGDM in Project Management, IT Management or related field preferred.
Certifications
Mandatory
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
- ITIL Expert or ITIL Managing Professional
Preferred
- CISSP
- CISM
Preferred Industry Experience
