Key Responsibilities
Support SailPoint IIQ platform (L3 level)
Handle user lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
Manage access certifications and provisioning
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Develop and modify workflows, rules, and connectors
Support audits and compliance reporting
Required Skills
5–7 years of IAM experience with SailPoint IIQ
Strong hands-on experience in IIQ configuration
Good understanding of access governance and compliance
Experience with scripting (BeanShell/Java)
Knowledge of AD, LDAP, and application integrations
Preferred Skills
Exposure to automation and API integration
ITIL process understanding
