Shape the Future of Banking Infrastructure

If you’re an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Architect looking to take ownership of large-scale technology transformation, this is an opportunity to influence enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud strategy within a leading banking environment in KSA.

You will help define the Bank’s Target State Infrastructure, shape cloud adoption, strengthen operational resilience, and guide critical technology decisions across complex infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Bank’s Target State Infrastructure (TSI) and 3–5 year technology roadmap.
• Assess and modernize existing HPE-based private cloud and data center infrastructure.
• Develop and drive the Bank’s Cloud Strategy across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Define workload placement strategies based on security, compliance, performance, latency, and cost.
• Assess and strengthen Operational Resilience, HA, DR, BCP, RTO/RPO, and failover capabilities.
• Establish infrastructure architecture standards, principles, and reference models.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Application teams.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior technology and business stakeholders.
• Manage infrastructure and cloud technology partners and vendors.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure and cloud architecture teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15–20 years of overall IT experience across Infrastructure, Data Centers, and Cloud.
• Proven experience defining Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture and Roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Compute, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Backup, and Disaster Recovery.
• Hands-on or strong working knowledge of HPE Private Cloud / HPE GreenLake is highly desirable.
• Proven experience developing and executing Cloud Strategy and Hybrid Cloud adoption.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience, DR/BCP, HA, RTO and RPO.
• Experience working within Banking, BFSI, or regulated environments.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, and Private Cloud environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
